My name is Hussain Fakhruddin Gheewala, a real estate developer hailing from a small remote place called Taherabad (Galiyakot), Dungarpur (Dist.) . I didn’t exactly grow up in a modern neighborhood, and the thought of a human-made structure hovering at the edges of clouds always fascinated me.
However, restrained and discouraged by societal norms, I ventured to complete my MBA studies in international marketing. Though, I always knew there was something calling out to me, a dream that I fought so hard to suppress.
In 2016, I finally collected the resolve to break the shackles binding me, and embarked on my own journey. From then on, my life has been nothing short of an adventure. I had transitioned from a corporate worker who lived like an NPC to a passionate Real-Estate Developer. I had only ambition and a dream to support me – A dream to create something more than a web-work of concrete and sand, to build dreams and to secure the future of people.
And with the power of belief, I strived on, turning barren lands into modern and beautiful urban landscapes. From exquisite luxurious residences and magnificent commercial spaces to affordable housing solutions, I work closely with my team to deliver something beyond the expectations of my clients.
